MILO BROWNE ARTIST

Milo is a award winning artist specializing in dogs, horses, wildlife & people- Milo, unlike many artists is essentially self taught. He learnt and honed his unique approach from many places along the road to turning a full time artist back in 2019.

Drawing since he was old enough to pick up a pencil (unfortunately for his parents walls), Milo works mainly to commission, but is keenly establishing his own work alongside his busy commission schedule. Aside from being natural and enthusiastic people person; Milo is also a passionate lover of animals, the countryside and nature. His work has mainly focused and been based on these passions. Art is made to be beautiful and to capture the viewers attention- Milo's style evokes the traditional animal portraiture Artist's of the past 50 years, but with a more 21st century softness.

In 2022, Milo was awarded the 'Diana Brookes Prize' for best under 35 at the annual Art for Youth Exhibition held at the Mall Galleries, SW1.

 

Milo lives and works from his studio in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
